Artistic Project

Established in 1993, Les Laboratoires d’Aubervilliers stands as an Art and Resource center devoted to research, creation, and experimentation.

Situated in the Quatre-Chemins district, it actively fosters creative endeavors spanning dance, theatre, performance, music, visual arts, and literature. The center is committed to exploring innovative avenues for collaboration, providing a nexus for shared spaces and ideas.

Positioning itself as an artistic laboratory, Les Laboratoires d’Aubervilliers offers artists a dedicated space for experimentation and exploration. The ethos here champions the right to fail, and the ambiguous boundaries between a preliminary concept and a polished product are both nurtured and celebrated.

Since 2019, Les Laboratoires d'Aubervilliers has been under the joint directorship of Pascale Murtin and François Hiffler (artists, founding members of GRAND MAGASIN) and Margot Videcoq (curator).
